ToonLee Ng
ToonLee Ng hails from a business family with her great-grandfather migrating from China to the Pearl of the Orient at the turn of the 20th century, setting up a gold and antique shop which was later destroyed during the Japanese occupation of Malaya. Her father ran a real estate company developing low-cost housing in Malaysia. Born and raised in Malaysia, ToonLee migrated to Singapore for her higher education and lived in various Asian countries. ToonLee is now based in Singapore with her family, running her three private enterprises that are making social impact in different and connected domains, internationally.
ToonLee holds a Master of Business Administration from the Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University and Bachelor of Science (Hons), 2nd Upper from the National University of Singapore, and various continuing education certificates with Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy.
Will Vickers is a 7th generation family member and Chief Executive of Mary Randall Vickers & Co Ltd. He has focussed on blending business strategy with emotional intelligence to foster strong relationships and sustainable growth across generations. He is an internationally exhibiting photographer and musician in his free time.

Christopher Aw is a 4th generation member from two SE Asian family businesses in consumer products, media, manufacturing, maritime, and commodities. He has a BA in business, an MS in Information Systems, and an MBA. Chris has worked in technology for over two decades and works with his and other family offices in investment, philanthropy, and legacy planning areas.
Friedrich v. Wissmann is part of a13th generation, German business family and holds a degree in forestry management. In his professional career, he’s combining his personal family experience and his fascination for futureproofing successful family enterprises in an advisory role at UBS.
